Here is a list of some procedures we are implementing during this time. If you are considered at risk we encourage you to simply join us online.
I am excited to let you all know that Sunday (May 2nd) we will start meeting at church again. There are a few considerations I want to mention. Also, please be aware that the virus is still a reality, so we need to be understanding through these coming weeks and possibly months.
Services will still be streamed online – if you are at risk or uncomfortable with attending in person, we encourage you to still participate online. We understand that this is a real virus, and not everyone will be comfortable with corporate worship.
2. There will be some changes at church: *** If you have had a fever or symptoms in the last 48 hours please stay home and join us online.***
-We will not be passing offering plates. There will be a box in the back for offerings, or you are welcome to give online.
-Songs will be done on PowerPoint.
-Try to refrain from handshaking.
-Please do not stand and visit in the entry, hallways, or in the center aisle. Allow for a free flow of people in these areas to enter and exit the building. Feel free to visit across some pews or outside where there is plenty of open space.
-In good weather the front door will be propped; in inclement weather we will have a greeter hold the door so everyone doesn’t have to touch the handle.
-Please sit according to family groups with some distance between each group.
-Please use the hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer will be available in the church building.
-We will not be doing Jr. church for at least the month of May. We do still want to staff the nursery, but we want to limit it to those 2 and under.
-We will be cleaning and disinfecting before and after every service.
-If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
